Crystal Springs woman dead after weekend stabbing | Crime
COPIAH COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - The Copiah County Sheriff's Department is investigating the weekend stabbing death of a Crystal Springs woman.
Currin Hardy, 45, a mother of three, was stabbed in the neck with a broken bottle at a house party in Gatesville, near the Simpson and Rankin county line Saturday.
Another Crystal Springs woman, Tonya Taylor, 41, has been arrested and charged with murder. Taylor is being held with no bond.
Taylor reportedly turned herself in at the Copiah County Detention Center early Sunday morning.
Family members tell us Hardy bled to death before paramedics and officers arrived.
