Copiah Co. teen killed in vehicle accident | News
COPIAH COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A Copiah County teenager was killed in a one-vehicle accident outside Hazlehurst Friday morning.
Just before 9 a.m., 17-year-old Paul Short lost control of his Chevy Tahoe around a turn on Gallatin Street near Highway 28 and over corrected, according to Sheriff Harold Jones.
The vehicle crashed into a tree, and Short was killed, according to the sheriff.
Short was reportedly on his way to work.
